Jennie Neighbors has two books, a play about the Abu Ghraib torture scandal (But They, Um, published by Spuyten Duyvil Press) and a book of poems examining the liminal in language (Between the Twilight and the Sky, Parlor Press). She is an English teacher, a practitioner of Zen, and a cancer survivor. She lives in South Carolina by way of Phoenix, Seattle, ad Boulder.
